Five Course Food & Wine Pairing

Once a year, The Blind Horse invites a California winery to join us for a food & wine pairing in the restaurant.  Two years ago, Sturino Trotta sold out two nights in a row at The Blind Horse.  Join the Sturino Trotta owners and Executive Chef Brent Davis for our wildly popular five course food and wine pairing at The Blind Horse on October 18 at 6:00 PM. Chef Davis will prepare a five course dinner for you with each course paired with exquisite wines perfectly matched.  To reserve your spot, you must call the restaurant at 920.467.8599. Wine Club members will receive their discount.

The evening begins  at 6:00 in the winery tasting room t with a champagne reception. The night continues in the restaurant where you will be treated to a five course food & wine pairing.  The cost is $80 a person (does not include tax &  tip.)
